Offering Online and In-Person Therapy in Toronto

About

Something isn’t working the way it used to.

Anger that arrives faster than you expect and lingers longer than you'd like. An anxiety that’s been there so long it feels like personality. Patterns in how you relate to people that you can see clearly and still can’t seem to change. Seeing the pattern is one step. Changing it is a separate skill, and skills can be learned.

I'm a Registered Social Worker and certified DBT therapist (C-DBT) working with young adults and adults navigating anger, anxiety, BPD, and ADHD. My approach is integrative, drawing on DBT, CBT, IFS, and ACT based on what each person needs. My background includes addictions treatment and psychotherapy at St. Michael's Homes and crisis intervention at the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto.

Before social work I spent twenty years as a professional musician — Juno-nominated trumpeter, touring artist, educator. That background shapes how I sit with people: attentive to what’s being communicated beyond the words.
