An integrated path from assessment to medication and therapy — moving you from just coping to living with clarity.
You have spent years working incredibly hard to keep everything together, often navigating a world that wasn't built for the way your brain processes information. Whether you're seeking a clear answer through a formal diagnosis or looking for a specialist who understands how to balance medication with practical life strategies, you have found a soft place to land.
Symptoms aren't the whole story. The work here is about building a life that feels manageable — not just one with the worst moments dampened.
Consultation required first.
Managing ADHD can feel overwhelming — especially when support is spread across different clinics and providers. Assessment, medication management, and therapy all live under one roof here, so your care stays coordinated instead of fragmented. Choose the path that fits where you are right now.
If you've spent years wondering why certain things feel harder for you than for others, we'll help you find a clear answer. Our diagnostic process is thorough, compassionate, and looks at the whole person — not just the checklist.
If you already have a diagnosis, our Nurse Practitioners specialize in fine-tuning ADHD medication. We focus on clinical balance — making sure your medication supports your focus and mental clarity while respecting your overall wellbeing.
Medication helps with biology; therapy and coaching help with everything else. Whether you want better organizational systems or to heal from years of feeling misunderstood, our specialists are here to guide you.
In most clinics, you become the messenger between different providers. At So You Need Therapy, our Nurse Practitioners and therapists work as one team — so your medication support and your daily strategies are always in sync.
ADHD is about more than just focus — it's often about the weight of feeling 'behind' or misunderstood for years. We help you heal that self-worth while building compassion and patience for your unique brain.
Your brain isn't broken. The work here is about understanding your wiring — so you can finally work with yourself instead of against yourself.
Sustainable change usually needs both. We combine medication support to calm your nervous system with practical coaching to master daily routines — so progress is biological and behavioral.
Send us a message and we respond within 48 hours. Medication support typically starts within 7 days, and full assessments are completed within 14 days.
We designed our clinic to support the executive function challenges you actually face. From renewals to reminders, we handle the administrative side of your care so it never feels like another chore on your list.

We also offer in-person sessions in Toronto for select therapy services. Note: even for virtual visits, you must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment — that's a clinical requirement, not a So You Need Therapy one.
Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement through extended health benefits.
