You have spent years working incredibly hard to keep everything together, often navigating a world that wasn’t built for the way your brain processes information. Whether you are seeking a clear answer through a formal diagnosis or looking for a specialist who understands how to balance medication with practical life strategies, you have found a soft place to land.
At So You Need Therapy, we don’t just treat symptoms; we partner with you to build a life that feels manageable, supported, and balanced.
Managing ADHD can feel overwhelming—especially when support is spread across different clinics and providers. At So You Need Therapy, we bring ADHD assessment, medication management, and therapy together in one place, so your care feels coordinated, consistent, and easier to navigate. Our integrated approach ensures every part of your treatment works together. Choose the path that feels right for you:
If you have spent your life wondering why certain tasks feel harder for you than for others, we are here to help you find clarity. We provide a thorough, compassionate diagnostic process that looks at the “whole person,” helping you understand your unique way of thinking.
If you already have a diagnosis, our Nurse Practitioners are specialists in fine-tuning ADHD treatment. We focus on “clinical balance”—ensuring your medication supports your focus and mental clarity while respecting your overall wellbeing.
While medication can assist with biological symptoms, therapy and coaching provide the tools for daily life. Whether you want to build better organizational systems or heal from years of feeling misunderstood, our specialists are here to guide you.
In most clinics, you have to be the messenger between different providers. At SYNT, our Nurse Practitioners and therapists work as one unified team to ensure your medication support and your daily strategies are always in total harmony.
ADHD is about more than just focus; it is often about the weight of feeling “behind” or misunderstood for years. We help you heal that self-worth while building compassion and patience for your unique brain.
We don’t see your brain as something to be fixed. We provide a neuro-affirming partnership that helps you understand your wiring so you can finally work with yourself instead of against yourself.
Sustainable change requires a two-pronged approach. We combine specialized medication support to calm your nervous system with the practical coaching you need to master your daily routines.
When you reach out, we respond within 48 hours. We prioritize getting you into care quickly, with medication support starting within 7 days and assessments completed within 14 days.
We designed our clinic to support the very executive function challenges you face. From renewals to reminders, we handle the administrative side of your care so it never feels like another chore on your list.
