ADHD coaching sessions are also available in 50-minute appointments at the same rate, with the option of shorter 25-minute coaching sessions for more focused support. ADHD therapy and coaching are often covered under extended health benefits when services are provided by Registered Psychotherapists or Social Workers. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage and reimbursement details.

No, a formal ADHD diagnosis is not required to begin therapy or coaching. Many clients start support while exploring whether ADHD may be part of their experience.
