Offering Online and In-Person Therapy in Toronto

About

When the pain isn’t going away.

Physical, emotional, or both. The ways you've been coping aren't holding up like they used to, and being told it's all in your head hasn't helped. You've tried approach after approach and still feel stuck.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist working with adults living with chronic pain, including mild traumatic brain injury, post-concussion symptoms, and recovery after a motor vehicle accident. I also support clients with addictions and ADHD. I trained in addictions counselling at Georgian College and completed a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale. I see clients of any faith, and of none.

My approach is integrative, drawing on CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, narrative therapy, and person-centred work. Before joining SYNT, I worked with WSIB and long-term disability clients at University Health Network and in withdrawal management at St. Michael's Homes.
